Claude Code

Build revenue-ready with Claude Code

A founder had signups in one export, product usage in another, and Stripe payouts in a third — and no honest answer to "is this actually making money?"

The brief

Turn the three raw exports into one revenue dashboard — MRR, new versus churned revenue, free-to-paid conversion, and revenue by plan — that updates when next month's files land.

What we built

We ran Claude Code over the three files: it reconciled them on customer ID, wrote the metric calculations, and generated a single-page dashboard. No BI tool, no data hire, no warehouse.

What it produced

A dashboard the founder reads every Monday. Adding a month is dropping in the new export and re-running one command — the numbers, and the story they tell, are the same every time.

AI Automation · n8n

AI automation with n8n

A team wanted a weekly content engine — research the week's AI news, draft on-topic articles without repeating what's already published, and send leadership a short brief — running on a schedule, hands-off.

The brief

One workflow that runs the Monday research pass: find the week's most relevant AI news, draft blog pieces that aren't duplicates of what's already live, and email a top-five executive brief.

What we built

An n8n workflow with two AI agents — a researcher and an editor — backed by OpenAI and xAI Grok models. It pulls the live article feed, filters for on-topic items, checks each against the published blog to skip duplicates, drafts the pieces, renders Markdown to HTML, and sends the brief through Gmail.

What it produced

A weekly brief — five stories, ~200-word summaries, links — in the inbox with no manual research, plus draft articles queued for a human edit. Each run finishes in well under a minute.

Claude Cowork

Make Claude Cowork do 90% of your work

Not "use AI more" — redesign the week so Claude handles the repetitive drafting, research, and coordination, and the person keeps the judgement calls.

The brief

Map where a manager's week actually goes, then move the mechanical parts to Claude without losing control of quality or priorities.

What we built

Four task types redesigned as Cowork workflows: first-draft documents, research summaries, status roll-ups, and meeting prep. Each ends with a review step the manager owns.

What it produced

Around 90% of the drafting and analysis time moves to Claude. Review and decisions stay entirely with the person — that hour barely changes, and it's the hour that matters.

Connectors & Skills

Claude Connectors & Skills to boost productivity

Connectors give Claude your business context; Skills make a good workflow repeatable. Together they turn a twelve-step Friday report into two.

The brief

A weekly client report that meant opening the CRM, the drive, and Slack, pasting between them, and reformatting the same way every time.

What we built

Connectors to the CRM, Google Drive, and Slack, plus three Skills — weekly client report, deal-desk brief, and intake triage — that encode the exact steps and house format once.

What it produced

Running the report is now: invoke the Skill, review the draft. The Skills are shared, so everyone's output looks the same — and up to 90% of the manual time on those processes is gone.
